Draft — pending legal review

Terms of Service

Version 2026-11-04-draft · Last updated 4 November 2026

1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply to organisations and their users who access RackLogIQ during early access, including data centre owners and operators, and tenants.

2. Your account

Accounts are created by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Organisation admins control who in their organisation has access.

3. Your data

You keep ownership of the data you enter, such as facilities, capacity forecasts, listings, bids and leases. Capacity you mark as private is shown only to the organisations you invite. Bids are sealed: other bidders never see them.

4. Forecasts are not commitments

Forecast capacity, ready-for-service dates and confidence scores are estimates provided by the owner. Only an accepted lease creates a commitment between the parties.

4a. RackLogIQ's role in the marketplace

RackLogIQ is software that lets owners and tenants find each other and transact. RackLogIQ is not a broker or agent for any user, and is not a party to any agreement between users, including bids, proposals and leases. RackLogIQ does not negotiate on anyone's behalf and does not give legal, financial, real estate, technical or other advice.

Listings, capacity forecasts and confidence scores are provided by owners. They are forecasts, not commitments, offers or guarantees by RackLogIQ or by the owner. Check everything yourself before relying on it.

5. Leases accepted in the app

Accepting a lease in RackLogIQ records who accepted it, when, and a fingerprint of the exact terms shown. The lease itself is between the owner and the tenant.

6. Early access

Features may change during early access. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or put other users' data at risk.

7. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the early access form on our home page.
