1. What we collect
Account details (name, work email, organisation), the business data you enter, and basic usage and security logs. When you request early access we store your name, work email, company, role, capacity range and regions.
2. How we use it
To run the service, keep it secure, send emails you would expect (such as invitations, bid and lease updates, and alerts you set up), and reply to early access requests. We do not sell personal data.
3. Lease acceptance records
When you accept a lease we store a one-way fingerprint of your IP address and browser, never the raw IP address, as evidence of acceptance.
4. Who can see your data
Data is scoped to your organisation. Owners see only aggregate demand, never other organisations' names or searches, and only when at least five organisations contribute.
5. Email choices
Every app email includes an unsubscribe link.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to the laws that apply where you are, through the early access form on our home page.
